Tack Stockholms Landsting för att ni ÄNTLIGEN tagit ert förnuft till fånga och slutat vara anhängare åt den kristfundamentalistiska och omänskliga inställningen att en plågsam död i slum och HIV må vara illa, men att vara knarkare är ännu värre. Tack för att ni ser till evidens snarare än moralism. Tack för att ni ställer er på människans sida istället för dogmens. Tack för att ni gör ert jobb för en gångs skull. Joya de Nicaragua – Torpedos
